Rick has 30 years of experience of award-winning attraction designs, always with a special interest in the highest level of interactivity and socialization between guests ever experienced. His attractions are enjoyed by well over 500 million people around the world every year. He’s owner or co-owner of over 75 patents that have been bought, licensed and in use to create memories worth repeating for families and kids of all ages.

At FuzionGamz Phil manages all aspects of technology integration with the Unreal Engine, tracking, device design and gamification. Phil has over 20 years of live action game design, production and operations overseeing the MagiQuest product line from development thru roll-out in over 20 locations.

MICHEAL MONTGOMERY and Big Dreamer Design: Art Direction
At FuzionGamz Michael creates and produces all of the art and graphics goes into the game, which means everything that the players see and touch in the game. This includes all of the Registration and Mission touch screens, hint books and marketing materials. Michael also does the 3D design for Luminators along with the retail displays.

Unreal Art Generalist
Amanda works a wide range of FuzionGamz projects such as creating custom 3d assets, modifying existing assets, building the environments inside Unreal Engine, creating or modifying dynamic materials, rigging and animating assets, creating level sequences, creating/adjusting fx, dynamic blueprints, as well as video editing for cool pop-up scenes!

Growing up with video games, I was captivated by the worlds I could explore and the unforgettable experiences they offered. That passion ignited a lifelong commitment to game development, driving me to create experiences that will inspire others in the same way. For me, each new project is a chance to reach beyond the limits and craft something extraordinary.

Michael is an experienced and senior Unreal Engine Developer with leadership experience in game development and project management. He has advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine’s Blueprints, C++ and optimization techniques, ensuring projects are not only visually stunning but also performant and scalable.

As a leader at Ciel Technology, he has been passionate about redefining interactive entertainment, creating environments that immerse players and audiences alike, with vivid, high-energy simulations that leave a lasting impression.

Kris has been in the theme and waterpark business for over 30 years traveling the world to design, sell and build iconic attractions. She has joined the FuzionGamz team to lead business development and sales in creating a new worldwide brand in play.

Business Development

Brett has dedicated 21 years to education, with the last 14 focused on instructional technology and the development of S.T.E.A.M. Curricula. He has a Master's Degree in Curriculum, Technology and Educational Reform and a Graduate Certificate in K12 Administration. Brett is passionate about handson, interactive learning, and designs engaging experiences that blend technology, engineering, programming, collaboration and creativity. Beyond education, Brett co-owns and operates an escape room business, where he crafts and builds immersive, interactive puzzles that challenge and inspire problem-solving skills.

On-site Tech, Install and Tech Maintenance
Barry has been installing and maintaining live action games at resorts and theme parks for 20 years. He ensures that what the FuzionGamz designers and engineers create can be installed and maintained, simply and easily at each live location.
Barry has a long history of building, creating and installing specialized theming elements, TV and movie set production and any on-site special demands that custom installations often require. Barry’s secret life is that as “Scary Barry” thru acting, prop building and animations in haunted houses around the country.
